trying to make tank support runes plz help

Hmmmm.... well.. if u want general purpose tank/support [that can use Relic Shield with easy and make good trades] I suggest you build this one: 9x AD Reds = 8.5 9x Health Yellow = 72 9x Magic resist per level Blue = 27 at lvl18 3x Armor Quints = 13

You can put flat Magic Resist for example... but most times Mage supports will try to kill your ADC not you... so i think its better to have per level, cause they give you more value after level 7 where they surpass the flat Magic res runes!
