Unavailable Skins
Is there a way to get skins that say "Unavailable" when you go to buy the skin?
Ex: I wanted Explorer Ezreal

There are some skins that just went into the Legacy vault but are still on the champion's individual pages. They may come out at another time, but probably not very soon after going in.
