Do you need permission to upload a video

Hi, I've done some searching but I haven't found anything that'd actually answer. Do I need in any shape or form legally need to get someone's permission to upload them in a league of legends video, There's nothing of them except their in-game league gameplay, No information about them In real life, only their actual Username that is visible to other summoners.
