More Refunds?

I feel like that we should get an extra refund each season. Because when we get the refunds, were all kinda nooby and dont really know what theyre worth and spend them. so we should get 1 each season, and if you havent already spent it by next season, it caps at 1. so you dont go afk each year and get a ton. rito pleaase
