How do I make an item layout in the new client?
I can't find where to create item layouts in the new update. It's driving me crazy, please help!

They didn't include it in the release. A new version is being sent to PBE in a couple of patches. For now, y ou can still use the old ones, just cant change them or make new.
It's on the PBE right now, actually.
It should be implemented next patch if all goes well.
