Prepaid Card Worth

So i bought a $25 Prepaid RP card for NA. (bought in Canadian dollars). I've been notified that the currency does not differentiate between USD and CAD. Yet i only received 2800 RP opposed to 3500. Now I am 300 RP short of a skin i want. Is there a way to get the difference, or is there nothing i can do?

I would recommend contacting Riot directly rather than posting on a public forum.

I imagine most of us don't know the answer.
