They want to give ADCs more niche pick in general, that means adding utility to them to differentiate them more. Bascially i think that Riot consider a success champions like Sivir and Kalista wich are carries but have a very clear spot in the team composition as well.

I expect more of the same type for champions like Graves, Lucian, Cait, Ezreal
