Let Chromas be Giftable.

A friend of mine was gonna gift me a chroma but he apparently couldn't do that as there were no chroma tab in the gifting center. Just wanted to know why they're not giftable yet, and will they even be so in the nearest future?

I agree to it was my friends birthday and he always talked about wanting the green and pink zed chromas and I tried getting it for him and to my surprise it wasn't an option :P
