Blocked Que Timer For Failing To select Champion Or Failing To Ban

Why don't we just have the ability to remake when the player is either trolling, afk or hasn't connected i don't see why we need to get a Blocked Que Timer for failing to ban a champion it's hard to understand which players are actually banning if you're going to give us a Blocked Que Timer then you need to tell us exactly whose banning so we make sure were looking at the screen.... i have duel monitors and I've missed my ban so many times its annoying simply because i didn't notice whether or not i was actually the one banning... tell us whose banning right from the start or don't give us a Blocked Que Timer also i think we should have the ability to remake within the first 5 minutes of any game in case you have a player who is simply trolling because he didn't get the roll he/she wanted to play any thoughts on the matter?

Don't afk in champ select. Be there, & pay attention. If nothing else, you can help formulate a plan your team/yourself to follow when you start. Do you really want to remake champ selects all the time if other players think like you & keep not paying attention there?

2.) If it were substantially easier to Remake, there'd be remakes every other game when one team thinks they may have lost lanes because of a weaker pick/ban phase. Do you want to Remake every other game?

I'm completely on the other side. I don't have enough time in my day to spend in champ select & remaking, so I want players who pick at the start of their turns and don't make me mess around with remakes or afks. If you're playing a draft queue, and can't bother to pay attention to your turn, get half-hour queues for the rest of the day. That would make a LOT fewer players stop paying attention & we'd all be playing more games & spending less time twiddling our thumbs waiting for each other.
