Got reported for "hacking" with Annie.

My last match I came across a Vel'koz who was my lane opponent. So normal business as usual I proceed with my laning phase and use my Q to cs easier. He noticed that my mana would decrease then immediately refill given the properties of Annie's Q (Mana Refund/Cooldown Reduct if the target is destroyed). He then proceeded to bm me and even convince his team I was hacking, saying I had unlimited stuns and unlimited mana lol. Once the match ended his whole team reported me for hacking, and of course.. Bm me some more even though I tried explaining. Do people not read ability descriptions to the teeth anymore? :(

Lol, sorry but I find this pretty funny. I'm pretty sure you were trolled.

Anyways, on a more serious note, some people can be a little more ignorant than others. In cases like this, it's just better to ignore whatever someone is saying and just play your game. If someone reports you, a single report isn't the end of the world. The system takes in to account frivolous reports.

Also, you only received one report from that game, not everyone. So focus on not feeding the troll, don't worry about other behaviors/ideas/whatever, contribute positively to your game and move on :)

the tribunal is in recess or something, and a one time thing wont hurt you i dont think.

this reminds me of a post I read not long ago, a kid got his dad to play leagues and his dad loved it, but his dad was a quick learner and had lolwiki open during every loading screen.

His suggestion was to add pop up ala character select (when the abilities show on bottom when mouse highlighted) to the load screen for players to better prepare...

I posted saying it was a great idea, and hell, this back that idea up

Haha I love low-level matches. If you have this guy on your team, he has no idea what your champ's limits are and calls you bad for not 1v5ing under the nexus turrets, if he's on the enemy team anyone that does anything is a hacker.

Sounds like a bunch of scrubs, probably mad because they suck at this game so they blame it on hacking. :')

Tell them once Q refunds mana if it kills a unit Mute Turn off all chat (Seriously why do you even have it on.)

There are going to be players who don't know all the champs abilities, and the way I see it... There are three ways to handle these situations.

Explain to them a champion's mechanics if you can,
Take it as joke, or
If arguing about this really gets to you, simply mute them and get on with the game. That's what the Mute button is for after all. :-)

You know the glitch with Zac where his E can make it look like he's running really fast? Yeah, I've been reported for "runspeed hacking and never getting CCed" (FYI, we lost the match). A large percentage of the player base doesn't have the experience with a variety of champions, and this leads to misunderstandings in how they work.

Last night I had an enemy Lucian BM all game, yelling at his teammates for not knowing Ashe ult had an AS slow (I wish). Pretty sure he got reported by all 8 other players (our Riven was AFK).

People are stupid and don't like to admit they're wrong. Just report them when it gets out of hand and move on.

lol i feel the pain but i deal with afkers/feeders/trolls then i get reported b/c i was frustrated for having these people on my team? Who wouldn't be frustrated, playing ranked games losing to much LP, Getting demoted... but hey thats rito can't do anything. Just keeping playing and sooner or later just stop talking lol..... pretend ur muted for life....

A similar situation happened to my friend once as Aatrox. He used a skillshot across a wall and killed the enemy Vayne, he was accused of hacking the entire game after that, it was really just good prediction. P.S. It's Avvotrox mind you. ;)

I actually had something similar to this happen. In one of my recent games as jungle Skarner, my mid laner, Kayle, accused me of being a bot, even though I definitely was not a bot because, obviously, I'm actually a human, and actually playing the game, communicating with my team and jungling to the best of my capabilities.

Eventually, Kayle started to try and convince the entirety of both teams that I was a bot, but thankfully the enemy team didn't seem to think the same.

Or we could do something like (brace yourselves) dota 2 does and have someone be able to left click a champion in game and be able to see what their abilities do. We already have this available in spectator mode, don't think it'd be THAT hard to add in normals, but I wouldn't know.
