Update old Legendary skins to be worth it! And champion shard update please.

I have a shard for the Magnificent Twisted Fate, and its considered legendary, but its not even anything to be happy about. Same with space invader Heimerdinger. They need some updates to even make them worth the 1820 price point. Have you members at riot ever thought about this?

Also when is the update to use blue essence coming out? I have over 7k blue essence plus about 15 champion shards I cant use now. I got Hextech annie and now I'm left with all these shards I cant use since I own all the champs now. Help? Soon? I'm drowning in useless content.
