was d5 last season but today i checked and i still have the border for d5 when im sopposed to have the d4 one. now i got the skin and the icons and im just confused about the border coming in a different time?
You should probably send riot a ticket regarding that error, more likely than not, they won't reply on the boards, that's where you can get a guaranteed answer regarding the problem.
Don't Panic! The rewards will be handed out sometime between now and the end of day, November 18. Until November 18th you may see last season's borders.
The new loading screen borders were updated with the Preseason patch, but rewards are still being distributed. Until you've received your rewards, you will see your previous season's border with the updated design.
If you still see your old border after Nov 18th, I'd recommend sending a support ticket.
