Ive been a LOL player for some years now and i was wondering if theres a good and efficient way to get rid of old runes for example Tier 1 and Tier 2 runes. i was thinking of an idea for Riot (Rito) to make like a lets say recycle bin for runes, For example you recycle 1 Tier 1 rune and you get 20 ip or less in return.
I hope you guys like my idea and would gladly support it.

there used to be a feature in the runepage wich we called combine. u could combine 2~5 runes together and get a random new one. 2 tier 1 runes = random tier 1 rune 5 tier 1 runes = 1 random tier 2 rune
i dont know why riot decided to be a B*tch and take that feature away.
