Darius
Is there honestly any HARD counter to darius, like really? I've never won a lane against him, much less a game against him top lane. (& yes i know, that's just sad)

In my experience playing with and against darius, the best champion to counter him is actually 
The fact he doesn't stay hittable cause of his pool means he can just troll the darius if he tries to ult

I'm not sure which champ you've been going against Darius, and I myself prefer not to top, but I do know a few recommended champs against Darius. 1. 
Teemo has always been known to crush tanks, and his range can allow him to farm out of Darius's grab. 2. 
Kayle can use her ult to deny the dunk of Darius, which is a major part for him. Also Kayle's W (her heal) would be used to sustain the bleed. Lastly, I'd say 
Jayce for the range as well, using his speed boosts/Thundering Blow in case Darius wants to pick a fight even after you land your Gate/Shock blast combo :)
Really? Darius was nerfed and i main Darius. He is very weak now, all you have to do is build armor and HP and you can counter him like that. Riot likes to nerf a champ so badly that no one plays him anymore, then they remake the champion. =_=
Teemo, gangplank, lots of ranged champions. Tanks too like nunu/attack speed braum.
in my experience Trynd, Jax (pre-nerfs, not sure now), jayce, volibear, rumble give him trouble; basically the champs that can all-in really early, get really tanky with super health regen, or have great ranged harrass are a pain for darius to deal with. However, most people that still play Darius nowadays have been playing against these matchups for so long that they do just fine regardless.
As a Darius main, the two champions (in lane) who make me want to not even play are Quinn and Karma. You don't even have to be good at either of them in order to win. So long as the person playing them isn't brain damaged. Vayne is also an honorable mention.
