$10 rp card not going through

So I got a $10 RP card for Christmas and i put in the code and it said it didn't go through. I really wanted to get this skin from the snowdown shop before the sale ends. I'm just seeking for help!

yeah i now how you feel this even happened to me last christmas, i got a $25 rp card but i never got the rp*[zombie-brand-facepalm]*

My sister got me 2 10 dollar cards and they both worked. Maybe take a picture of the code and send it in to Riot Support to see if they can help?
