Hello everyone, I was thinking playing ranked games in summoners rift has be come stressful and boring and too long. Where you get people (especially in bronze)messing up the game and people who don't want to do a role due to pick order. To solve this problem i was thinking that you guys can introduce Ranked games for Aram, Where each team can still ban 3 champions each, then randomly choose (only the champion you have) a champion. This way your role has been all ready decided and it all comes down to how much champions you have (the types of range and melee) and the luck of the draw. :)

I would have to say that Ranked ARAM is kind of... stupid. I mean It would be dominated by people who build rosters for aram. IE: Nidalee Ziggs Jax Kayle Teemo ADC's Renekton Mundo TF (insert Pokey, or unkillable champion here) Supports w/ Heals: Sona, Soraka Karma

To have a game based on Luck be ranked just doesn't work. Add in the fact that ARAM doesn't have any real balancing other than the Orb of Winter to help cut back the advantage poke has on people, and cutting how long traps last on the lap (teemo shrooms, nid traps, cait cupcakes). Riot has also stated they do not intend to balance this game type. I would imagine that is because it is a nightmare and probably not really possible.

In theory, I like this idea. But if this were a thing, teams would only buy the same 10 of their favorite ARAM champions, and then trade to get what they wanted. it would be a steamroll every time for people who also played 3's and SR and had champions for that.

The whole point of ARAM is to have fun. Ranked is serious game play. Mixing the two seems simply foolish to me.

Honestly pointless to haver naked because it's based on luck not skill, so if your best aramer in the world you might just be lucky because you could be driven going up against froggens soraka I mean there are some real unfair match ups

I'd settle for a "draft" mode ARAM, but instead of using your rolls to randomly change your champion, you could use your rolls to randomly roll the summoner's champion across from you. (Summoner 3 rolls for opponent Summoner 3, for example.)

It keeps it in the random nature of ARAM while allowing some fun counter-play in the champion select screen, as is the case with ranked draft-mode games.
