Skin Trading

I thought the idea of Skin Trading would be useful, in one case, I have skin X and my friend () has skin Y. I want Y and don't use X and visa versa. We agree to trade and use the feature, it shows " will trade Y for [List of your skins]" and then " will trade Y for X. Accept/Decline" Of course, there would have to be restrictions just as there are for gifting. The friend would have to be on their list for 2 weeks, and a level 20 minimum requirement to trade skins.

I believe this is would helpful on the champions that people have multiple skins for. (Not everybody is a collector, and may people have favorite skins. for example, Redeemed every time over Crimson Elite ) With Random Skin Gifting this occurs very often, so it would be a great way for more skins to go around the community.
