RavenHusky is correct.

There was a lot of scams/expensive re-selling around a lot of the older skin codes, especially since they didn't expire. We've since deactivated all older skin codes, including PAX Sivir, and have put expiration dates on new newer skin codes we're giving out.

Sorry!

All the old PAX skin codes expired forever ago. There is currently no way to get them.

My question is what is preventing Riot from giving out new codes at their future PAX events? Why not?

Supposedly the reason they stopped giving them out is due to the older skins that actually have PAX in the name. This is because Penny Arcade has a say in their distribution due to being included in the name of the skin. There was a point where all the PAX skins became Riot skins (Graves, Blitzcrank, Nasus, Kayle, etc) instead.

Hmm... I wish I could here Riot confirm this. Although I believe it.

Sad day. T_T
