RavenHusky is correct.

There was a lot of scams/expensive re-selling around a lot of the older skin codes, especially since they didn't expire. We've since deactivated all older skin codes, including PAX Sivir, and have put expiration dates on new newer skin codes we're giving out.

All the old PAX skin codes expired forever ago. There is currently no way to get them.

My question is what is preventing Riot from giving out new codes at their future PAX events? Why not?
