Redeemed Riven has ugly brown armor now

Redeemed Riven is one of my all time favorite skins.

I'm sad to see that the skin has been changed so that she appears to be wearing rusty brown armor and yields a rusty brown sword. Most of the other skin updates (see Malzahar) have brightened, more saturated colors and even have flattened the textures a bit to look more cartoonish to fit with the new SR.

The new Redeemed Riven looks darker overall and the green color which was formerly a nice, saturated mint is now more red and therefore doesn't "pop" like it used to. Also her skin is way too dark compared to her splash image.

Please fix Redeemed Riven's colors, Riot. It's ugly.... simply put.

I understand why they are changing some of the skins to match the new SR map, but this skin update and many others don't even fit the bill. They are just random changes for absolutely no reason what so ever. No one was complaining about this skin. The darker tones and desaturated colors don't even match the new SR.

I agree that they should respect the originals more but I understand that changes need to be made over time for overall cohesion with the new map.

I don't think I really understand your complaint. All I see is higher contrast and cleaner lines.

Certainly nothing about that skin looks brown to me.

And I like that her breast no longer looks deformed. That's a nice side-effect.

I've added a second attachment where you can clearly see the differences in color. I'm not complaining about the mesh. The lines are definitely cleaner.

My complaint is with the color. What was once a white, shiny armor is now a dull brownish colored armor. What was once a a darker, titanium colored sword is now what appears to be bronze.

Again, all I'm seeing is higher contrast between the "light" and "dark" areas of the skin.

Of course, I still can't speak much about the sword, since I can't see it well there.

I'm not trying to argue, mind. I just don't see a problem. I honestly like the new one better, because of the clarity given by the higher contrast. Because I can now make out the symbol on the belly of her armor, and the filigree on her wrists and shoulder.
