I had workshop shaco so i should have got some riot points for it and other people that had legacy skins

Everyone says this. I don't own any legacy skins, but I see an issue with your proposition. If they give RP to everyone who has these skins EVERY time they re-release them, they're giving away mass amounts of money. Yes, I believe you should get something, but not RP. Maybe a summoner icon? or a discount on the next champ?
