ban system

so i like the idea that people can get banned from flaming.. but imo it doent really help to contribute to less flame in the game anyway and the only thing i can do to someone who flames is report them.. doenst really matter imo.. i just wanna tell them they are idiots.. but then i get reported and punished for standing up for myself.. i think rito should just leave things the way they are.. people who flame are naturally gonna be lower elo than people who doestn.. let that be the punishment instead of chat bans and so on :D

What do you mean "leave things the way they are"? Verbal abuse has always been a punishable offense. The only change being made is the speed. People who are really abusive will get immediately punished instead of ruining dozens of games first. Riot will never agree to let people retaliate by raging back when someone abuses them; it's not what the majority of players want.
