Free Champion Feature

Hi I played another game with a friend (blood something arena) and there was a feature where new players got to select one champion that they would instantly unlock for free. I think it would be cool to see a feature like this in league. I don't think it needs to be exactly like this or else people would just make accounts to try new champs but maybe at level 10 or something after new players have had an opportunity to play plenty of new champions before they select one they want. Anyways just an idea that sounded interesting since most low level players are pretty limited champion wise finding one champion they can consistently play.
