Toxicity in Ranked Ques

I totally and completely understand that some negative jibbing will always occur in a game environment and I accept it even. However, I feel that the length we go currently to keep it out of competitive play is not enough. I regularly find myself in Ranked Que's with players who not only refuse to cooperate or troll the game but also spam chat with racial slurs, obscenities, negativity, and down right vulgar language. Usually those two tend to come together even. (I would like to point out I have been a fairly regular Tribunal reviewer and in my Tribunal history have pardoned people that ended up being punished because I do understand sometimes you have a bad game or you are angry.) My point though is what if we went further to try to keep it out of ranked?

For instance assume a player is sent to the Tribunal and has 5+ games with multiple reports and they end up getting time ban, what if when they got their account active again they were also banned from Ranked for say 2 weeks. (Alternately if they were banned due to a ranked game, or several, it keeps them out of ranked for a set period of time based on offense so people screwing around in normals won't have the same consequences.)

If you receive warnings repeatedly for unsportsmanlike conduct you would also receive a warning stating your ranked que's would be disabled should your behavior continue. Just a thought.

TL;DR: People who get time ban also get ranked time ban

They make new accounts. Its vicious cycle but they do need to perma ban them from ranks for repeat offensives of more than 5 games. Because at that point its clear they dont care. Ban them from rank till the new season.
