How can I stop raging so much?

I don't care if I win or lose. I REALLY don't care at all. I don't rage because I lose. I rage when I die ...but I rage really bad. Like smashing my keyboard and stuff. I hate dying, I hate being killed especially when I'm caught 1v2, 1v3, or in any unpleasant situation. It drives me crazy. It feels like I always get outplayed, outnumbered, outsmarted, and dying in these conditions makes me rage like a mental r%%%%%. Seriously, I want to change that. What can I do to stop raging and adopt a more positive attitude?

"Buy wards, noob" comments incoming. (I do buy wards to prevent dying but I always get ambushed when I try to place the wards)

Edit: I'm busy with school so I can't practice that much to improve my skill...so please don't tell me to get better. I don't play to get better, I play to have fun but this kind of experiences kinda ruin the fun.

1 play a tank die less 2 play shaco just disapear every time you die 3 play leblanc tank with 3 snares mode and take flash so you can triple flash all acros the country whenever you about to die 4 play nunu and just dont die 5 play cho gath and dont lose stacks 6 play donger and win 3v1s 7 play vlad

and if all fails play teemo and hide invisible so you wont die

That's pretty helpful. I main LeBlanc, so that would be a good idea. Actually, wait. Tanky AP Leblanc with 6 Rods Of Ages. Siv HD hype. THAT'S SO WONDERFUL, I will go play that right now.

i actualy play tanky ad leblanc cause the 3 snares r usefull ( suport ) and that way i get to use my flashes for positioning instead of dmg but let me know how that goes :)

choose a character you love that matches your personality like i am a super tank cause im super street fighter dynasty warrior play style so tanks work best for me and mages piss me off haha i choose characters lores who matches my life the most so maybe chose a character that you love most :3 good luck
