Why did this patch remove my chat restrictions?

I don't like typing. Don't give me incentive to type more than summoner timers please

I had transfered to LAN back when it came out on this account and when I came back had 1k+ chat restrictions because they';re probably going off of season 2 when tribunal first came out and I was toxic or w/e Good, give my chat restrictions.

Less I try to talk to people in ranked before I hit 2.3kmmr the more braincells I'll save and enjoy myself more as well. Less messages to type with makes it so I never talk to people casually, only summoner timers (not enough messages for anything besides timers)

Idky you only have like 10 chat restrictions on my account.

Give me my old amount, I deserve all these restrictions.
