Well I mean it could go on sale in the future, maybe if they put it in a bundle, but for launch more often than not he won't be on sale!

It's a Legendary skin, so probably not.

It is a Legendary 1820 RP skin. Those never go on sale.

Sorry man..the others are 1350 RP skins and will most likely be 975 RP for the first few days of release.

Legendary skins never go on sale once they are released, and I'm fairly certain that they don't go on sale for the first few days of their release either.

Actaully if you checked the store when it just came out it said you could get project skins with special loading cards or you can get them for 975 rp through 9/17-9/24
