0 Value in Legacy

I have purchased many limited skins in the past in the assumption that they are rare and not used as much. From one insignificant League player can you please stop with the sales to protect their value. I see myself playing less and less now knowing things im paying for are worthless. Getting past the broken report system, getting past the awful community where in every game their is some abuse. The game is still fun to play, But this is kind of the last straw for me a long term player.

League has gotten so big so fast that I dont think its monitored correctly and the fun I once had playing I find it harder to find. I cant play the game now without turning the chat off completely, I just cant stand reading it anymore, And its vital for communication shame.

Posting this from the EU but cannot post on the EU forums as their is no (Feedback) section because who cares about EU players, everything is just put into a big list "General" wonder if its read?

Hope things get better before Heroes of the storm.
