League down league down.... was deleted because it wasn't in micellaneous..

So I'm reposting it here. First time in my history of playing that league was down during non patching. Well there's a first time for everything I guess. Time to hit up PBE.

Edit: I figured it should be under gameplay since I can't play the game. I guess I was wrong.
