Difference between toxic & real issue?

I was playing with 2 players recently (NUFCkGvuSB and ABDOULAMOHAMMERD) and yes, they were ragers. However they were going beyond raging and making some comments that bothered me and other players about terrorism:

sample: "I am part of isis" "boooom" "taliban!" etc

Is filing a post-game report really the only solution for people like this?

The mute button helps a bunch too. I know this probably isnt what you are looking for, but this is the internet, and you arnt ever going to fix the internet.

You must understand Riot doesn't give a flying fuck what people say or do. They only do it because 1) If they don't do -something- that makes it look like they care, then they'll get bad publicity and in turn lose their player base, and 2) well.. that's it..

But of course we all know Tribunal and what not is a joke, and while yes.. it works.. it also goes along the lines of "let the trolls vote on the trolls" mentality. Which.. doesn't work..

First of all calling people out on the forum for any reason is forbidden.

Otherwise, if you think they are too muhc and the end of game report is not satisfying for you, try a full support ticket.

I know Riot support sucks, but you can only make it better by using it and pressing the issue.
