Question about Eligibility for Ranked Rewards.

So first of all i want to note this

"Players banned for seven days or more in the three months prior to the end of the season (August 10) are ineligible for this year’s rewards."

So I received a ban on August 9th. Does this mean that I am going to get my rewards because I was banned BEFORE August 10th? Or no rewards because my ban continued PAST August 10th.

Hope this can be clarified because if not then I don't want to waste my time stressing out over ranked.
