I've been banned for 14 days and I wasn't given a chat restriction or warning at all, I don't know exactly what I did because I didn't insult anyone that badly nor strongly give verbal abuse. Well at least that's what I remember, it'd be great if I can get any help or some form of notice to show my punishment.

New instant feedback system was just implemented. Instant punisemt, no reports, no warnings, amazing.
You should have received an email with information about the ban.
Make sure you're checking the email address that's associated with the correct account, and don't forget to look in the junk/spam folder, as some providers like to dump them. If you still can't find it, change or verify the associated email address, then send a Support ticket asking them to re-send it.
