Dear Riot

I just want to ask what's up with the leaver buster? like i understand that if you leave a game that you are placed in low priority but why when you rejoin the game later when you are able to re-connect you are still punished... like i have really bad internet at the moment, i don't want to leave my team but when my internet is shit i cant help it... i just need a reason.. and excuse... it would put my mind at rest. like the last game that i had i was playing lee sin and then my internet shits its self... I'm out of the game long enough for my team to go up an extra two or three levels than what I'm at. like since that i have started to really try to be good in games and stay in games i have gotten better... but stuff like leaver buster placing me in low because the internet supplier is shit (Telstra) is kinda unfair don't you think. i know that there are people that are trolls and leave games and feed, but some people cant help the fact that their internet is like being married to an abusive spouse... like it can be good some days or hours, but then next thing you know you have been punched in the gut or worse... placed in low priority... just thought that i would vent a bit before i did something rash like through my modem out the window.
