Yasuo Splash

While picking Yasuo in champ select, I noticed that in his splash his face is facing left and in his icon his face is turned right. Out of curiosity why did riot switch it?

Good eye Warblood.

Typically differences between splash and icon are made in response to play testing feedback (either within Riot or on PBE) about being unable to identify a champion by their icon. Yasuo is no exception. During internal play testing, Yasuo's icon was commonly confused with another champion (Graves), especially on the minimap. While we've since updated Graves' splash, everyone has learned to identify Yasuo in-game by his right-facing portrait.

If I'm not wrong in his icon he also has his eyes opened.

Cassiopeia Malphite treatment.

To balance out the right and left facing ratio of champ icons I guess, too many champ faces left.

This happens often, sometimes just zooming in on the face doesn't look nice, so they changed it slightly. A lot of champs have different splashes and icons.

I always felt like during some Champ Selects, Leona's icon would different at times...
