Unless you're under the delusion that you're the only skilled person on a team of people who all share the same average skill level you won't experience what people call "Elo Hell". Also you should try making a smurf account instead of asking for someone elses.

Well making a smurf account takes too much time for what I want. Also I don't think it is possible for me to get to bronze without trolling really hard.

Better get started then. And to avoid reports for trolling, just throw the game. But try to hide it to avoid suspicion.

It's done by queue dodging. Fastest way to lose Elo without being banned for trolling.

Oh really but I heard that dodging wont change your mmr, which means I might still be matched with gold players being in Bronze V.

I haven't seen them myself (or even looked), but apparently there are people in bronze who stream their games. While it's not first hand experience it might be good enough for your purposes.
