Do people know who exactly reported you?

So I was in a game with a Fizz that was mid. I was support Bard. I suppose I pulled a bad ult that kinda screwed the team fight. But the Fizz starts whining and complaining and was negative the whole game. I politely told him that being negative will not help me get better. At the end of the game I silently reported him and didnt say anything. He said "I'll report you too" though I said nothing. So does it say somewhere who reported who?
