Hey guys i saw this deal on new egg and want to know if it can run League of Legends on high?

According to Riot's recommended specs I don't see why this computer wouldn't work. Although the specs they recommend are not that high, dual core processor with at least 3ghz, 4gb ram, etc. For the price I don't see why you wouldn't start here if you are looking to build. The power source would probably need an upgrade if you wanted to start adding/ upgrading. You might want to look into a cooling unit as well. To get started though, this should work!
I highly doubt it unless you don't care about getting 60fps. The rule of thumb for building computers is that if you're going to do it, spring the extra money for decent parts. League is by no means a super demanding game, but unless the only other game you want to play is runescape, go for better parts.
It will run league. Won't say more than that. You get what you pay for
People seem to forget that not everyone is a "PC gamer," but they still enjoy other games on the fringe like LoL. For someone who does most of their gaming on consoles, investing in an expensive build won't do them much good. I'm just assuming this is OP's case, since he's specifically choosing a PC based on its capability to play an undemanding game.
To answer your question, I don't know. BUT, quite frankly, the difference between max settings and medium settings is unremarkable. League of Legends isn't popular for the way it looks. I have a pretty nice desktop, but sometimes I play on my laptop with an old Sandy Bridge i3 mobile and integrated graphics at 1280x720 resolution. It can pull 60 FPS on medium, and the game still looks quite nice. That PC should be at least able to handle that.
