what can I do?

hey i have been playing LOL for a year or two now and id like to say im one of the best among my group i play with, However that only gets you so far in ranked, I am asking if someone in diamond or plat tier would be willing to help me learn to play better , I have done the whole watch your replay etc. feel free to add me in game " TheHappyNOOODLER " and lolking me thanks for reading this and possibly helping!
