League of legends and the media.

Now when it comes to social media, league of legends holds its own. Obviously this is because league is an online game, so domination of the internet is expected. But as the past few Netflix and Chills have told me anything, its that league is never (or at least not that I'm aware) shown on tv or in movies. Not like a whole movie or tv show no. I'm talking about like a small reference here or there. Can anyone tell me why this is. Biggest online game, most popular E-Sport and overall cool game is rarely shown on tv or in movies. Why? What do you guys think? Is it important? COuld it help our situation against over watch? Is keyori gonna come back? Who knows? Tell me in the polls whether or not you guys think it's important if league gets shown in media or not. LET ME KNOW!!
