This a good answer to "It cost more" being tossed around. Passive Gold gain FOR DOING NOTHING has been increased, minions now give more gold as well over time. Wave Clear helps a lot with the second part on minion killing. This too: item 1083

Then isn't it nice that Warlord's Bloodlust heals you for critically striking enemy champions (and provides bonus attack speed).

static now cost more

Passive gold gain and gold from killing minions was increased. Also, Statikk Shiv now has 10% more critical strike chance.

Yasuo can get 100% critical strike chance with Statikk Shiv and Cloak of Agility. Aside from that, you can build whatever you want.

100% crit with 2 items. im glad yas early cant keep up, cus his mid and late game are several levels of stupid. making him less safe is fine since he only needs 2 items to kill most people at level 6.

Let's start off with the simplest of things... Statikk shiv has the same gold cost of 2500! same cost, different stats. Now, about him being worthless... I would say some mean things that i have in mind but you are still lvl 21 so chances are, you can't play yasuo for shit.... So, just play and stop ranting.
