Rito, why do I get put in a game with someone I just reported, last game?

I was playing a few games today, and I ended up in a game with a toxic Fiora. The normal, "u mad because you losing?" kinda crap. Nothing special. I went though my normal routine dealing with a toxic, and smack talked right back. End of the game, I report her for being toxic, and go right back into queue. I queue up in team builder with Mumu, and look at the pre game to see who I'm gonna be jungling against. Fiora. Not just Fiora, the SAME Fiora that I JUST reported for being toxic. Riot, if I didn't like being in a game with them before, why am I STILL in a game with her? This seems like common sense. If you report someone, you don't want to play with them, or against them, so WHY AM I STILL IN A GAME WITH FIORA.

Dpn't talk back to toxic people. You're only encouraging them. BUt, I agree, that sounds like it sucked.

Lol that you smack talked and reported for toxic is even funnier! Might as well have reported yourself! Any who, reporting doesn't block you from playing with that person. It just sends riot a notification about their actions, they look back in-game and see if any of it is true. There's a separate BLOCK button that actually blocks the person from ever being in a game with you again.

it's called a RANDOM matchmaker. Not a "pair with whoever you want" matchmaker.
