The Truly (( outrageous )) Needed Fix

So I've been playing league for like....4-ish years now and there has been patching, bug fixes, new champs, skins, unneeded item changes, champion reworks? O.o map updates map reworks, cancelled maps, new game modes chroma packs, masteries, price changes, Just overall a ton of content. All of those things would be amazing if they first fixed the most important thing...The toxicity levels of players in this game is the highest I've ever encountered, No I have never played a ranked game of league in my life, Rank is Irrelevant to the "tribunal system" being trash. I really enjoy playing league, I enjoy the artwork, new champs, changing scenery and it's just a fun game overall but the past year my playtime has really fallen off and it's almost all due to the high toxicity I encounter in 95% of my games, I understand that an online game is going to have trolls and douche-bags but I have friends and have run into the same players multiple times that continue to not only be toxic but racially slur everyone for no reason other than they aren't having a good game, I'm posting this only because I haven't ever voiced to Riot that they need to do something more to offenders that go to the tribunal and that dodge games. I was punished once for breaking after 1 bad game.....the punishment was an hour of not being able to play ranked. I have zero interest in ranked games, therefore zero punishment for me.....I am not a repeat offender but I mean do something more than give someone chat bans, ban them from playing for a set amount of days or hours, Yes people have side accounts but if it is constant it might help but doing the same thing obviously isn't changing anything and yeah I know that this board will probably get hate and I don't really care, I just needed to put this out there, and I realise I don't know how hard you guys have tried or how hard it is to punish people in a game with this player count but it seems like there is no effort towards a better community.
