Unable to get roles consistantly

I loved team builder so much. You could always get your champ and role no matter what. 100% of the time you could get what you want. No matter what the wait, I loved team builder beyond anything else in league. Now without team builder, that's impossible. Yes, you can choose roles in draft, but that is no where near 100% of what you want. First you can't always get your role. About 60% of the time you could get what role you want. Those are good odds, but it's also draft pick. Your champ you want can get picked before you or banned. You see here how its not the easiest to get the champ you want and the role you want anymore. We no longer have a 100% way to play what we want, and don't even mention blind pick. Best internet wins there along with arguing of who called first.

I really miss team builder. Everyone says, "Oh teambuilder never left it's just the dynamic queue", but it is not the same. I miss you team builder :'(

If you find even only 2 friends, then two of the three of you can guarantee your roles

Player 1: Choose roles X Y Player 2: Choose roles Y X

Player three can't choose X or Y, but players 1 and 2 are guaranteed X and Y.

That's all I can suggest to help - I agree that if they're set on dynamic queue they should give a 1 role for longer queue time option (I also think they should give LP reward/penalty for # of roles selected, i.e. even LP at 3 roles, +-2 for each extra/short role selected.
