Season 4 support change ideas

I think almost, if not all supports, should gain some % scaling on their abilities. For example lulu ult heals for 300 + 10% of the targets maximum hp, and Janna shield having much larger impact such as : (rank 5) + 40 AD and plus 10% of the targets total AD as bonus AD while the shield remains in tact. I really like the new soraka passive and I think its a step in the right direction. Any one else have any changes or new ideas they would want to see in season 4? SOS ( save our supports )
