Three champions have recently met my attention, and being a low elo and new player, I am having trouble deciding.

. I like to play as all of these champs but I do honestly find Jayce the most fun. However, I am wondering, which is best in ranked? I want a champion I can take up into higher elos and still do well. I gladly accept any advice you have to give.
You can reach high elo with literally every single champion in the game if you are determined. My best friend mains Nasus who's out of meta for aprx. 2 seasons and he reached master with it. You don't have to care about what's more viable for rankeds since you are gonna play SoloQ and it's more about your personal emprovement amd determination rather than about a champion itself. Specific champions or so called "meta" picks are impirtant only for LCS when there are TEAMS of 5 coleagues who are practicing together years and years so they need specific teamkomps that work well for them.
Personaly, I am maining Rengar, Kha'Zix, Elise, Pantheon, Shen and Skarner and I don't care if any of them is meta or not meta, I am simply playing them since release except Shen that I started using in the jungle after rework, and I will play them untill I stop playing league.
I voted for Eko because I find im more fun out of 3 champions you listed above and his kit is so versatile.
