PVP Kernel keeps crashing !

Every time I try to start League the logo comes up and then the PVP Kernel crashes is there any fix for this ? I already tried to uninstalling it and downloading it again it hasnt helped. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated !

run it as admin ppl its been doing this for going on 2 years at least bug comes and goes
