Leaver Buster

Okay so i had a small question about all the leaver buster things that are happening to my account. Like what I wanted to ask was if we could make something that allows you to explain why you have left those games, like I just played a game and my 3 year old laptop force restarted itself and I got back and we won the game but it still gave me low priority queue because of that and i am quite honestly annoyed with it. I would like a little change kinda like when you have to type "I agree" sometimes like can we have a box that we can EXPLAIN ourselves to? and have it decide if its a good reason or not? This leaver Buster is just so annoying sometimes.
