Anyway to get the Riot Ward?

I've been interested in earning the Riot ward since the beginning of me playing the game, but I have never been able to travel to events and I didn't even start in the period with possibility of earning it. Is there still even a way to receive the ward skin? Meaning purchasing it through a third party (though I thought codes have been discontinued) earning it from the hextech chests, etc. I am very interested in the skin and am looking forward to a hopefully positive response.
