How is this no considered being toxic? I love how Riot is forming all of these "white knights" when in reality they are just as bad, they just find a loophole in the system so they can be toxic in a different form.

Riot please fix this.

False reports get thrown out and reduce the weight of their future reports. They aren't exploiting some loophole, they are ensuring they don't get to use the report system to full effect.

As Nami said, there is no loophole. That's not how the system works.
