why do you hate me riot

no really why do you hate on all hiemer mains you left us sitting in a corner for 3 years with out a single tweak to stats in any way then you throw us this "buff" that literally unless your laning a complete r%%%%% creates this completely useless champion sure I can get a double lazer cast from turrets now assuming some one actually tries to go in on hiemer which no one ever does unless its a 2-3v1 which means hey u gonna get one kill assuming they have zero cc making lazers take 90s to charge just means hiemers basic farm rate is now 100% reliant on wrench last hits which use to be directerd at enemy champion to leash the minions into the turrets so no basic attack poke to enemy's any more check and u cant poke with rockets or grenade anymore or you completely wasting the chance at charging lasers since no one stays in range of turrets for them to charge off the landed casts so in what way was this a buff u made it harder to farm harder to create any real burst dmg.......oh I see you tweaked the numbers up a tiny bit still doesn't change the fact that you completely broken the whole point of this champion..........push lane so hard enemy jungler is forced to come to your lane instead they just ignore hiem now since he is almost always behind in farm and cant secure kills unless enemy is so stupid they actually try to go in on him like seriously its not even worth effort to kill mini turrets anymore for the enemy since they contributed literally nothing to hiemers kit now

Edit: but its cool ill just go back to being reported 80% of the time for playing teemo top/jungle then get banned again this year for no reason just like s5......."he played teemo top when we needed a tank report him" at a rate of 9 reports a game for a entire season
