from a player perspective i am grateful, but from a business perspective...you would have to be pretty bad for me not to want your money. So my guess is they mailed you the last chat that got you banned, and you are like this every game and have been at making people miserable for a long time. I dont know why you think its ok to treat REAL PEOPLE like trash, but work that shit out and you wont get kicked out of places.

No, you are not right. These are people, not summoners, real people whom you are treating as if they have no value. And as for Riot, you are coming into their establishment and harassing all the other customers and that is bad for business. If they have reviewed your behavior and decided that their company is better of without you, i would stop and evaluate how i treat others. The internet is a public place, and i highly doubt you walk into the local grocery store and start telling the people in line thay are " 20 years retarded" and to " STFU " So maybe stop and think about how you treat people and why a company that lives to make money has decided you are more trouble than you are profitable.

Make a support ticket. All posting on the boards will get you is a few downvotes and comments like "it takes multiple games to get you banned, you earned it". If you actually want assistance from Riot a support ticket is how you do it.

Chat logs only show 1 part of the equation, severity. Frequency is another major factor in punishments which is not shown at all because no matter if you are the most racist person every or just mildly toxic you only get 1 log.

How many times have you been chat restricted, rank restricted, or banned in the past?

You were given warning, you chose to keep being toxic, and thus the punishment agreed upon was given. A punishment you accepted by pressing "Accept" in the ToS window after every patch.
